Single's EcoTemp technology is based on the variotherm principle in which the temperature of the cavity wall rises prior to the hot polymer melt being injected in the mould. Cooling begins immediately after the cavity has been filled.
EcoTemp units are easily interfaced with the moulding machine cycle, through which heating of the inserts takes place when the water flow is momentarily stopped.
