Virginio Nastri designed the BIL to separate top quality products from inferior ones after the conveying process.
The piece chute / separator is activated via signals (generated from the injection moulding machine or from an external PLC) which actuate the pneumatic cylinder to reject the inferior quality.
The BIL is made from an aluminium structure with a stainless steel chute.
