Based on the innovative Direct Metal Laser Sintering (DMLS) system, components are automatically produced without any tools and are based directly on a three-dimensional CAD design data. Constant monitoring of the process ensures that all components are produced in excellent, reproducible quality; hence it allows creating products with extremely complex geometries including elements such as free-form surfaces, deep slots and coolant ducts.
