This product is a heavy duty, wet, non-silicone mould release agent.
The Sansil F7 provides a wet, heavy duty film for the release of plastic and rubber, since it is completely free of silicone and will therefore allow decorative treatment (e.g. painting, plating) of the moulded part.
The product, apart from not building up in the mould, it helps to improve surface finish hence it reduces rejects and there will be an increase in production.
